Return Policy
You may return products to us for a refund of your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee when you notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns beyond this 10-day period.
Any merchandise that is defective or damaged upon arrival must be reported within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to be processed. Customer must pay shipping back to designated location for returned items.
Customer is also responsible for original shipping charge and restocking fee as noted above.
Contact us by email for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label.
Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers.
Food and water items are non-returnable due to mandated health codes. No Exceptions.
If necessary, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value when that item is unavailable from our suppliers.
All merchandise delivered, must be inspected by customer. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, driver must make notation and should mark any damages. Boxes opened later and then notice damage without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. We have 15 days to report concealed damage. Shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed damage items. None of this applies to items shipped UPS.
Once an order is returned, please allow 30 days for a refund to be issued.
